March 30, 1918

Arose at 7 A.M.

Still anchored in Hampton Roads. Hauled up anchor at 3.30 P.M. and proceeded down the Bay; anchored off Fortress Monroe at 4.30 P.M.

War watch “C” went on at 8 P.M.

Hoisted anchor 9.33 P.M. and proceeded on our journey, with U.S.S. Susquehanna.
