Writers of the Future Contest 3Q29 Update

Back in August, I posted an update on the 1Q29 and 2Q29 quarters of the Writers of the Future Contest. On Friday, I received the results for my 3Q29 submission.

Fortunately, I earned my second Honorable Mention in 3Q29 (3Q12). 25% of you predicted that I would do so.

My 4Q29 (4Q12) submission is currently in the queue awaiting judgement, and my 1Q30 (1Q13) story is complete and ready for submission.

As promised, I have posted my overall progress in the Writers of the Future Content below. Hopefully, I win before I run out of space on this table.

I hope to fare better in 4Q12 and 1Q13. The fact that I earned Honorable Mentions in two out of the three quarters in which I’ve entered the contest, gives me hope I can earn that or better in 4Q29.

At least this blog is keeping me honest.

  1. Best of luck to you on your current submission, and congratulations on your honorable mentions! I am sure they get a ton of submissions, so 2 out of 3 so far is great! Bee
